Refund Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, refuse the package and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping fees may vary depending on the carrier selected.

Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the product arrives in good condition and matches the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped or produced.
If canceled in time, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

The item must include all original packaging and accessories.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

🚫 Installed or modified items cannot be returned

Due to the nature of automotive lighting and vehicle-specific components:

Items that have been installed, connected to power, tested on a vehicle, or altered in any way are not eligible for a return or refund.

This includes any signs of mounting, wiring, or installation marks.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Funds will return to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank — additional processing time may apply.
