Refund Policy

Inspection & Functional Testing

Automotive lighting products require electrical testing to verify proper functionality.

Customers may perform limited functional testing before installation, including temporarily connecting the product to a power source or vehicle wiring without permanent installation.

Functional testing does not include mounting the product, removing protective films, modifying wiring, or driving with the product installed.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

 The item has not been permanently installed

 No installation marks, scratches, or signs of use

 All original packaging, accessories, labels, and protective materials are included

 The item remains in resalable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

Installed or Modified Items (Non-Returnable)

Due to the nature of automotive lighting products:

🚫 Items that have been installed, driven with, modified, rewired, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund, as they cannot be resold as new.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective during functional testing, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

 Provide photos or videos showing the issue

In these cases, Archaic will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality
(e.g., ordered by mistake or no longer needed):

The item must meet return eligibility requirements

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment or production for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

 After we receive and inspect the return:

 Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days

Funds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Return Authorization

Please contact sales@archaiclighting.com to obtain a return authorization and correct return address before sending any items back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
