These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of archaiclighting.com (the “Site”), including all related services, transactions, and communications.
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Site immediately.

 

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must also have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Due to variations between vehicle trims, regions, and modifications:

Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

We do not cover returns for items that were purchased for the wrong vehicle unless the listing was misleading.

4.3 Availability

Inventory may change without notice. If an item is out of stock, we may:

Delay shipment upon your approval

5. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

5.1 Pricing

All prices on the Site are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice prior to order acceptance.

5.2 Additional Charges

Depending on your country or region, you may be responsible for:

Brokerage fees

Local postal charges

Customs inspection fees

These charges are not included in our product prices unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Pricing Errors

If a product is listed with incorrect pricing:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

6. Order Acceptance & Processing

6.1 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance.
Your order is accepted only when:

Payment is successfully processed

The product is prepared for shipment

6.2 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it ships.
Once the package has been handed to the carrier, the order cannot be canceled. You may still request a return under our Return Policy.

6.3 Fraud Screening

We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or high-risk based on automated or manual review.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

7.1 Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by region, warehouse location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. All delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and not guarantees.

7.2 Risk of Loss

Risk transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.

If items arrive damaged, please refuse delivery when possible and contact us immediately.

7.3 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

8.1 Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

8.2 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused

Must be uninstalled (no wiring, no mounting, no scratches)

Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories

⚠️ Installed or modified products cannot be returned.
Once headlights/taillights are installed, they cannot be resold as new.

8.3 Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error (wrong item, damaged item): we cover the shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, incorrect purchase): the customer pays return shipping.

8.4 Inspection

All returns are inspected within 1–3 business days of arrival.
If approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8.5 Non-Returnable Items

Installed or used products

Custom or special-order items

Products without original packaging

Items damaged due to improper installation or modification

9. Limited Warranty

Some Archaic products include a manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year unless stated otherwise).
Warranty covers:

LED failure

Water intrusion (non-impact related)

Manufacturing defects

Warranty does not cover:

Damage from improper installation

Vehicle electrical issues

Modifications (custom wiring, drilling, painting)

Accident damage

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including images, product designs, descriptions, videos, logos, trademarks, and layout—is the exclusive property of Archaic or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy

Reproduce

Distribute

Modify

Create derivative works

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Our Site may include links to external websites or services.
We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for:

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

You agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal action.
