1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship from U.S. local warehouses or international warehouses in China, depending on product availability and destination.
1) U.S. Local Warehouse
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
- Estimated Total Time: 3–8 business days
2) International Shipping (China Warehouse)
- Delivery Time: 7–15 business days
- Estimated Total Time: 8–20 business days
Note: Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier-related delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on destination and order weight and will be calculated at checkout.Shipping fees are not included in the listed product price unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping Origin
Orders are automatically fulfilled from the nearest available warehouse based on stock availability.
The selected shipping origin determines the applicable delivery timeframe shown above.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Shipping Address & Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
