1. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions.
However, delivery may not be available to certain remote or restricted areas due to carrier limitations, customs regulations, or local logistics constraints.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) on a business day are processed the same day
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day
Processing Time:
U.S. Warehouse Orders: 1–3 business days
International Warehouse Orders: 1–5 business days
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Origin & Delivery Timeframes
Archaic fulfills orders from multiple fulfillment centers, including U.S.-based warehouses and international warehouses (China), depending on product availability.
To ensure clarity, delivery estimates are outlined below:
3.1 U.S. Warehouse Shipping

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Delivery Time:
United States: 2–4 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe / Australia: 7–15 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time:
U.S.: 3–7 business days
International: 8–18 business days
3.2 International Warehouse Shipping (China)
(When U.S. inventory is unavailable)
Processing Time: 1–5 business days
Delivery Time:
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada / Europe: 8–18 business days
Australia / Asia: 7–15 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time:
8–20 business days, depending on destination country
Final-mile delivery is handled by local carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent regional partners.
Important Notice
The shipping origin for each product is clearly displayed on the product detail page as:
“Ships from USA”, or
“Ships from International Warehouse”

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak-season demand.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout
Fees are based on:

Package weight and size
Carrier rates
Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.
5. Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
U.S. customers:
Applicable sales tax (if required by law) is calculated at checkout.
International customers:
Import duties, VAT, GST, or customs clearance fees may be charged by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Archaic is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Your tracking number
A link to the carrier’s tracking page
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
7. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, products may be shipped separately based on inventory availability or warehouse location.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive on different dates.
8. Address Changes
Address changes can be made before shipment only
Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping information.
9. Delivery Issues & Support
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Please check:
Your mailbox or front desk
With household members or neighbors
With your local carrier
If the package cannot be located within 48 hours, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Delayed Shipments
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, incorrect addresses, weather disruptions, or carrier issues.
