Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and uninstalled, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns by Region
To provide faster and more cost-efficient returns, we operate multiple authorized return centers worldwide. The appropriate return location will be assigned based on the customer’s shipping address.
We will assign the nearest return warehouse based on your location.

Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Return Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide:

- Return shipping address
- Return label (if applicable)
Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Discounted items may be eligible for return depending on the condition and reason. Please contact us for confirmation.
Return Shipping Costs
1. Product Issues (We Cover Shipping)
If your item has:
- Defects or quality issues
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect item received
We will cover all return shipping costs.
2. Non-Quality Returns (Customer Pays Shipping)
If you return an item due to:
- Change of mind
- No longer needed
- Style or preference reasons

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order after the return is approved
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must still meet the standard return conditions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
