The Rotor Pulse Signature draws inspiration from the rhythm of the RX-7’s rotary engine and the memorable triple-circle appearance associated with the later 99 Spec rear design. Dual-Halo Mode creates a cleaner OEM+ look, while Classic Triple-Halo Mode emphasizes the car’s JDM reimagined icons. Available in Clear Edition and Smoke Edition.

Confirmed fitment references cover 1993–1995 North American Mazda RX-7 JM1FD/Series 6 models and 1992–1996 European/UK RX-7 FD3S/MK3 models. Japanese-market and other imported FD vehicles require verification by production year, original market, current tail light shape and OEM number. Contact Archaic with a rear-light photo if you are unsure.
Yes—on a compatible vehicle with unmodified factory wiring. The assemblies use the original connection and mounting points, so wire cutting, body cutting and permanent modification are not required. Previously rewired vehicles may need their connectors restored or adapted.
Confirmed functions include LED running lights, brake lights and turn signals. The running-light signature can be switched between Dual-Halo and Classic Triple-Halo modes. The set does not add an illuminated center garnish or replace a separate rear-bumper fog lamp.
The rotary-inspired startup animation is supported and can be switched off. The running-light signature can also be changed between its two halo modes. The product uses integrated LED turn signals; a sequential turn-signal function is not specified for this model.
These tail lights are E-Mark certified, but certification is not a universal guarantee of road legality in every jurisdiction. Installation, inspection and road-use requirements vary by country, state and region. Confirm the regulations applicable to your vehicle before use on public roads.
Each assembly features an IP67-rated sealed construction for protection against dust, rain, road moisture and temporary water exposure. Avoid close-range pressure washing around the housing seals and electrical connectors.
Most experienced DIY owners can complete the installation with basic hand tools because the assemblies use factory-style mounting points and connectors. Disconnect the battery and test every lighting function before final reassembly. Professional installation is recommended if the vehicle wiring has been modified.
For a compatible vehicle with stock wiring, the integrated LED assemblies do not require separate bulbs, splice-in wiring harnesses or external resistors. Vehicles with non-factory wiring or previous lighting conversions should have their electrical connections inspected before installation.
