1. Order Processing Time

Handling Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and most international destinations.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and product type.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping fees are not included in the listed product price unless explicitly stated.


4. Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our United States warehouse or our international warehouse depending on stock availability and delivery destination.

The shipping origin does not affect the estimated delivery timeframe stated above.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You may track your shipment via:

  • The carrier’s official website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS)


6. Shipping Address & Modifications

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

within 12 hours of placing your order.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.

All additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
