4.2 Vehicle Compatibility

Automotive lighting products are vehicle-specific.

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchase

We do not accept returns for incorrect fitment unless the product listing was inaccurate

5. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.

5.2 Taxes & Duties

U.S. Customers:
Applicable sales tax (if required) is calculated at checkout.

International Customers:
Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or local taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are not included in product prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Payment

Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

7.1 Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance.
Orders are accepted only after payment is processed and the order is prepared for shipment.

7.2 Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for return under our Return Policy

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details, estimated delivery times, and warehouse origins are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

9. Returns, Refunds & Functional Testing

9.1 Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

9.2 Functional Testing Policy (Important)

Automotive lighting products are functional safety components.

We allow limited functional testing under the following conditions:

✔ Connecting the product to a power source
✔ Bench testing or brief vehicle connection without installation
✔ No mounting, drilling, wiring modification, or permanent installation

This allows customers to verify product functionality without voiding return eligibility.

9.3 Non-Returnable Conditions

Products are not eligible for return if:

Fully installed on a vehicle

Showing signs of mounting, wiring, or modification

Damaged due to improper installation

Missing original packaging or accessories

Installed products cannot be resold as new and therefore cannot be returned unless defective.

9.4 Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival or fails during initial functional testing:

Provide photos or videos for verification

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if applicable.

9.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days

Funds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

10. Warranty

Most Archaic products include a limited manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year unless stated otherwise).

Warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

LED failure

Water intrusion (non-impact related)

Warranty does not cover:

Improper installation

Vehicle electrical issues

Modifications or accidents

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, videos, logos, and designs—is the property of Archaic or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, except where prohibited by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute compatibility with every vehicle configuration.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archaic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archaic from claims arising from misuse, improper installation, or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
