Refund Policy

Note:

When signing for the courier, please confirm that the product is intact. If the product is damaged or the information is inaccurate, please refuse to accept it and we will resend it for you.
If the return is caused by the consumer's own reasons, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific shipping costs are subject to the courier company you choose.

Return shipping issues:
If the received product is damaged or the information is inaccurate due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping costs.

If the received product is normal, there is no damage and installation of the product, etc., the customer needs to pay the return shipping costs

Cancellation of order

We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and must be in the original packaging. In order to complete the return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
